Lily Arkwright plans a hiring spree | Northwest Business News

Manchester-based jewelery retailer Lily Arkwright has revealed plans to increase its workforce to support its growth plans.

The company has seen several years of growth after launching in 2015 as it seeks to promote ethical jewelry alternatives.

Kate Munns, formerly of the Watches of Switzerland group and now COO of Lily Arkwright, will continue the wave of hiring as she seeks to expand her position as a retailer of lab-grown diamonds in the UK and Europe.

The new roles include strategic leadership roles and an increase in sales staff alongside recent appointments in the jewelry industry.

Munns said: “Retail sales are continuing strongly and we’re really excited to build on our 2021 roadmap for change. We look forward to 2022 with huge positivity.

She added, “I’m so excited to be part of a company that truly understands the power of human connection; a company with a welcoming and supportive culture that invites diverse perspectives and a team that cares deeply about the environment while delivering brilliant experiences for our customers across the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.”

Lily Arkwright specializes in ethical and sustainable lab-grown jewelry, including moissanite, lab-grown diamonds, and colored gemstones.
