£45,830 per year inclusive, rising to £52,692 gradually each year
Middlesex University is looking for a talented Business and Risk Planning Manager to join the Programs and Planning Office (PPO). The PPO helps the University improve institutional performance and increase the capacity for change and confidence. The team focuses on project prioritization, continuous innovation and strategy execution by integrating corporate planning aligned with risk assessment and management processes. PPO enables change management governance, provides services and support for the management of project, program and portfolio work.
One of the main objectives of the Business and Risk Planning Manager role is, with the support of the PPO Director, to design, develop and oversee a new integrated business planning process, including the development of new practices in risk assessment and management. Reporting to the PPO Director, you should have experience managing or supporting strategy development and implementation; be able to manage a varied portfolio of development projects and activities in a higher education environment; and have experience leading risk appetite or in-depth risk analysis or similar exercises. It is essential that you have systems experience with the Microsoft tool suite, Tableau and project portfolio management tools; business and risk analysis and risk management methodologies.
