10-Week Business Planning Program Feedback


The City of Cambridge Community Development Department is accepting applications for the 10-week Business Planning Programme. This free program covers information on financing, marketing techniques, developing a business plan, and crafting a business pitch. At the end of the program, participants will have developed a comprehensive business plan and will have the opportunity to pitch their business idea to a panel of entrepreneurial experts.

This program is free for up to 12 eligible Cambridge residents and/or business owners. The deadline to apply is Monday, February 14, 2022 at 5 p.m. Click here to access the preselection application. Candidates must also register and attend the “Steps to Starting Your Own Business” pre-workshop on February 14, 2022 at 5:30 p.m.

Classes will take place virtually on Mondays from February 28 to May 9, 2022, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please confirm your availability before applying.

This program is funded by Community Development Block Grants from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), so eligibility is based on HUD guidelines. Please read the eligibility criteria for more information on your eligibility for this program.
